What is REFRESH AND RESTORE and I am I a good candidate?

REFRESH AND RESTORE is Pinski Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery’s new non-surgical signature treatment to correct various signs of aging facial and neck skin. This is accomplished using a combination of neuromodulators (Botox), injectable fillers, fat melting, tightening devices, and lasers. A custom treatment plan is developed by our Doctors based on your goals and specific skin needs.


As we age, our skin loses collagen, elasticity and deeper tissue. This causes a decline in facial volume and an increase in contour irregularities as skin begins to sag. In addition, years of cumulative sun damage and other environmental stressors promote irregular pigmentation, textural changes like lines and wrinkles, and dilated capillaries. REFRESH AND RESTORE helps to reverse these multiple signs of aging and bring the skin back to a more youthful state.

What type of results will I see?

Dr. Pinski will help you achieve a smoother, more rejuvenated appearance. Fine lines and wrinkles will begin to soften as excessive facial contractions are prevented with neuromodulators. Fillers will help to lift sagging skin and restore volume in certain areas. Kybella injections will permanently dissolve unwanted neck fat. Lasers will brighten and tighten the skin and erase dilated capillaries and sun spots. Ultherapy and Thermage will tighten and firm the skin. Combining multiple therapies helps to treat the skin at various depths for the most dramatic, yet natural result.

Is there any downtime associated with this procedure?

Best of all, REFRESH AND RESTORE offers minimal to no downtime.  Full results should be visible in two weeks, and you can normally return to work or normal activities immediately after treatment.
